An Act to constitute the Vindhya Dham Teerth Vikas Parishad for preparing plans to preserve, develop and maintain the aesthetic quality of all cultural, ecological and architectural heritage of Vindhyachal; to coordinate and monitor the implementation of such plans; to develop integrated tourism development and compatible policies for heritage conservation and tourism in the region; to provide consultation and guidance to any department/local body/authority of Mirzapur district regarding any plan, project or developmental proposal that affects or is likely to affect the heritage resources of the Vindhyachal area; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
